On Sunday, June 30, 2024, the 14th Zoo Run took place in the Sababurg Zoo – the final race in the Reinhardswald Cup 2024. Despite thunderstorms the night before and uncertain weather conditions, a large group from our running club was at the starting line! All distances were covered, whether it was 5 and 10 kilometers within the zoo or the challenging half marathon with over 400 meters of elevation gain through the zoo and the Reinhardswald. The zoo was delighted to host a record field of nearly 600 participants who embarked on their journey through the zoo and the forest. Congratulations to all finishers!
